"NCIS Los Angeles" Season 8 starring LL COOL J (NCIS Special Agent Sam Hanna) and Chris O'Donnell (NCIS Special Agent G. Callen), will have an upcoming episode titled "Battle Scars." The episode will focus on the "NCIS LA" team working with Hetty's (Linda Hunt) old colleagues from the Vietnam War. Read on for the latest "NCIS Los Angeles" episode guide.

In the "NCIS Los Angeles" Season 8, "Battle Scars" episode, Callen and Sam's team in LA must team up with now-retired Admiral AJ Chegwidden (John M. Jackson) and Admiral Sterling Bridges (James Remar) to solve a kidnapping case. The new case involves an ex-Navy commander who kidnaps a corrupt Veterans Affairs administrator, believed to be siphoning funds.

James Whitmore, Jr directed "Battle Scars," which was written by Andrew Bartels and Jordana Lewis Jaffe. Other guest stars in this episode include Carl Lumbly (Retired Navy Captain Charles Langston), Guri Weinberg (Yaniv) and Jeryl Prescott (Barbara).

The rest of the cast of "NCIS Los Angeles" including Barrett Foa (Tech Operator Eric Beale), Daniela Ruah (NCIS Special Agent Kensi Blye), Renée Felice Smith (NCIS Intelligence Analyst Nell Jones) and Eric Christian Olsen (LAPD Detective Marty Deeks) will also appear in the show's 21st episode.

"NCIS Los Angeles" episodes

The last two episodes before "Battle Scars" were "767" and "Getaway." The former aired on March 26, while the latter was shown on March 19. Episode 20 "From Havana with Love" will air on Sunday, April 9.


In this episode, Nell and Eric were sent to a couple’s retreat as undercover agents to track a husband and wife linked to a crime that involves the hacking of the US Treasury Department. Scott Grimes also appears as a guest star in the episode, playing Digital Forensics Specialist Dave Flynn.


In "767," which was the nineteenth episode of the show's eighth season, Callen and Sam pose as undercover businessmen on a plane bound for Tokyo. Their mission was to track the co-worker of a murdered engineer who was developing a new guided missile destroyer. Meanwhile, Deeks planned a surprise get-together for Kensi and her friends from out of town.

"Battle Scars" airs on April 23. The next episode after it is "Golden Days," which airs on April 30. "NCIS LA" airs every Sunday at 8 pm EST on the CBS TV Network.
