The Smile Train Foundation

The Smile Train Foundation, which was founded in 1999, is an international children’s charity that has already helped more than a million poorest of the poor children with clefts. Its vision is to ensure that every child born with a cleft can lead a full and productive life. Through its sustainable model, “it provides training, funding, and resources to empower local doctors in more than 85 developing countries to provide 100%-free cleft repair surgery and comprehensive cleft care in their own communities.”

No more Marlon photos

The 2015 Miss Universe asked her fans to visit the foundation’s link on her bio, or else, she won’t be posting Marlon photos anymore. Pia was referring to Marlon Stockinger, the Filipino-Swiss race car driver she is currently dating. The two have been posting photos of their dates in Instagram, the latest of which was at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, which generated more than a hundred likes and 767 comments.
