Snapchat global influencer Cyrene Quiamco, who goes by her username CyreneQ, arrived in Manila on Thursday for the National Digital Arts Awards 2017 Roadshow in the Philippines.

Here are five things to know about CyreneQ arriving in Manila for the NDAA 2017 Roadshow.

1. CyreneQ is the global ambassador for NDAA 2017

The 27-year old arrived in Manila for her 4-day visit to the country for the promotion of the NDAA 2017. Quiamco, who is the global ambassador of the event, will be travelling from Manila, Davao, Cebu and Bacolod, which happens to be her birthplace.

2. Quiamco has a huge fan base

The graphic designer from Arkansas has gained a huge following within two years she has been on the platform, thanks to her intricate snap drawings. Her content eventually caught the attention of international brands such as Pixar, Burger King, Samsung, Disneyland among others.

3. She is known for her interactive, fun and creative Snapchats

Quiamco is known for her whimsical artworks and interactive snaps, with a 24-hour shelf-life. These often feature elaborate drawings, text, video, storytelling, games and quizzes. A couple of sponsored stories had paid the artist enough to make her quit her three-year old job as web designer at Verizon.

4. She is the creator of

She is also the genius behind – a blog and community where Snapchat artists can share their work off the platform. Snapchat has helped Quiamco to shift what used to become her side hobby to a high-paying career.

5. She has been nominated for various awards

On top of her efforts, Quiamco was recognized with various nominations one for the Streamy Award (Social Media) in 2015 for Short Form Creativity category and for Shorty Award in 2015 as Snapchatter of the Year.
